Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 - 15, 20 Sept; 26, 28, 30 Nov; 20, 21, 28 & 31 Dec 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room per night for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Calls to the booking line will be charged at 11p per minute plus any additional charges by your landline/mobile phone provider.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted - max 4 per member. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Afternoon tea is served 11am-4pm can be taken on day of arrival or departure and should be booked on arrival. Gluten free and vegetarian catered for and must be advised at time of booking.
• Option 2 includes dinner which is a £20 per person allowance towards the menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night with all meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
