Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin classic rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: River view room £10, Deluxe River View £40 or Suite £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 include dinner on the first night only; choosing from the 3 course table d’hote menu or a £15 per person allocation towards the a la carte menu; menus are subject to daily change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded deluxe room only, upgrade for a £30 per room per night supplement charge; subject to availability. Under 14s stay free, paying for all meals as taken, ages 14 – 18 require a £10 supplement charge per child per night. 
• No pets permitted.
• Limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms; please discuss direct. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
