• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2018 – 5 Jan, and 14 – 23 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £45 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to RiverBeds.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out until 11am.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with RiverBeds.
• Free parking available.
• Includes electricity, linen, towels, crockery and cutlery; lodges also include Costa coffee pods and tea tray with complimentary continental breakfast basket.
• Wee galley area with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster (this is not a kitchen or cooking area) glassware, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew, can opener, hair dryer and free WiFi.
• Members may wish to bring additional towels for hot tub, warm clothes and ready-made meals.
• Option 2, 3 and 4 include a hot tub and bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Option 2 and 3 includes bath robes.
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to RiverBeds.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
