Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Standard or double with a view or twin room available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded or extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.

Dinner options: Includes 3 course dinner from a set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Table required back after 2 hours.

Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
