• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Thur arrivals; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri – Sat arrivals.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 25 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Includes 8 bedrooms; 1 x king room, 1 x king bed and a single bed, 1 x 3 single beds, 1 x single room, 1 x 2 double beds, 3 x double rooms.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• £200 security deposit is required to be paid on check-in at the venue and will be refunded on check-out minus any applicable costs.
• Includes bathroom towels; guests are advised to bring there own towels for the pool.
• Children are permitted and ages 3+ are included in the overall headcount. Children ages 2 and under are free of charge and 2 travel cots can be provided however you must bring your own linen.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
