Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Jan 2022 until Sat 23 Apr 2022, Tue & Thu 11am - 9pm and Sat 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 14s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hr.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2 hrs 30 mins. Patch test required 48 hrs in advance. Please arrange at time of booking. Additional colour treatments available for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
