• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• On-site restaurant is open Wed - Sat.
• Max of 1 child permitted; 0-7yrs stay free of charge, 8+yrs require a supplementary charge of £70 per night, including breakfast; payable directly.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet per stay; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
