Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Junior or standard or queen suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child under 6 permitted free of charge when using existing beds. Please speak directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
