Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jul 2021 until Fri 15 Oct 2021, valid Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sundays and 25 Jul - 4 Aug 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 27 Sep 2021  (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx 50 mins. Treatment lasts 2 - 3 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Options 2-4 duration: approx 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
