- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

- Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free with a travel cot and mattress provided (no bedding), ages 2 – 15 years require an upgrade to a family room with two additional bunk beds or a standard room with a sofa bed for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. All meals are to be paid for as taken.
- Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
