• Vouchers is valid from Mon 15 Oct 2018 until Thurs 20 Dec 2018, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thurs 29 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room; upgrades available for a supplementary cost; payable directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options inc 2 course dinner choosing a starter/main or main/dessert from the Prix Fixe menu only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. 
• Includes a bottle of red, white or rose wine in your room on arrival; please advise choice at the time of booking.
• Children permitted; additional beds can be included for a supplementary charge of £30; subject to room type and availability; please call hotel directly to discuss.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking.
• Limited parking available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
