• Overnight: Voucher is valid from Sun 8 Nov 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 20 Dec 2020 - 6 Jan 2021. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fridays; payable directly to hotel.
• 2 night: Voucher is valid from Sun 8 Nov 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 6 Jan 2021. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fridays & £40 for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Feb 2021.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Small twin, double or cosy room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - £20, four poster room with jacuzzi bathroom - £40, superior deluxe room with Jacuzzi bathroom and open fire place - £60, Gate Lodge - £80; payable directly to hotel.

• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 10 and under require a supplementary charge of £15 BB per night for an additional bed; subject to availability; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted in a limited number of rooms at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
