• Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 18 Feb and 6 - 8 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Please note the leisure club is closed for refurbishment until mid Mar 2020.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £50 for River View or Family room; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 200ml bottle of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Limited free parking available; chargeable street and overflow parking available.
• Children permitted; please contact and discuss with hotel directly. Family room upgrade may be required.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
