• Aug to Sept options: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14 - 15 Aug 2020. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct to Dec options: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2020 until Fri 18 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Lower ground sea view standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a ground floor seaview room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities. Please note, these may be closed due to Covid-19; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room; subject to availability. Supplements will apply; please liaise directly with the hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
