• Midweek/weekend voucher is valid until Fri 28 Jun 2019; subject to availability.
• 7 night voucher is valid until Mon 24 Jun 2019; subject to availability.
• Midweek stay (valid Mon – Fri); Weekend stay (valid Fri – Mon) or 7 night stay (valid Mon – Mon).
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking unless discussed directly with Leithen Lodge. A £20 admin fee is charged when changing a booking; payable to Leithen Lodge.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard self-catering accommodation.
• Two person option: Avalon one bedroom apartment with a king bed.
• Four person option: Woolhope Bank, two bedroom apartment, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed.
• Five person option: The Stables three bedroom apartment, 2 queen beds and 1 single bed.
• Seven person option: Valhalla 4 bedroom apartment, 3 double beds and one single bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability, please discuss directly with Leithen Lodge.
• Children permitted and included within the overall headcount permitted in each property.
• Cream tea will be served on arrival and includes fruit scones, homemade jam, and cream with Leithen lodge Blend Tea.
• BBQ area onsite; please discuss use with Leithen Lodge.
• All properties are equipped with bone china, cut-glass, a good selection of books and cotton linen sheets, DVD, CD player, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer.
• Hamper service available on request and can include breakfast, luncheon and dinner; please discuss directly with Leithen Lodge. Menu can be viewed here.
• Bath towels can be provided, charged at £5 per towel. Laundry room available on request at £25 per load for wash and tumble and folded; payable directly to Leithen Lodge.
• Includes 30% off spa packages available at Leithen Lodge; please discuss at time of booking.
• Please note access to the main house is only available to corporate events, weddings and media.
• No pets permitted.
• Free parking available.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
