Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct until Mon 31 Oct 2022 and from Wed 1 Mar until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 5-8 and 21-22 Oct 2022.

Nov - Dec '22 & Jan - Feb '23 stays:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov until Thu 22 Dec 2022 and from Tue 3 Jan until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 26 Nov, 3, 10, 17, 23-31 Dec 2022 and 1-2 Jan 2023.

General

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be amended; subject to availability.

Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 

Superior double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Dinner options: Includes a starter/main or main/dessert from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children under 12 permitted free of charge when using the sofa bed. Children dine on the same basis as adults.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note a disclaimer is required to be completed at check-in; please discuss directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
