Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 1, 2, 8, 9 Feb and 8 - 10 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 209 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior double room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no upgraded twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 allowance is for one night only.
• Parking available onsite.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as under 12s and stay free when sharing with adults with all meals charged as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
