Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Tue 21 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Mews double room if available.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required per night for a twin room; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Champagne or cocktail each day. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Includes a 5 course tasting menu on the first night and a 3 course á la carte dinner on the second night. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian /  gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking and discuss options available directly with the hotel. 
• Children permitted up to age 12 years old; supplementary charges will apply. Please liaise directly with the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
