• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020 and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: apartment £25, garden suite £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Option 3 dinner allowance is on one night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a £20 drinks voucher; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in an upgraded garden suite requiring a £50 supplementary charge and paying for all meals as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
