1. Voucher is valid until Wed 20 Dec 2023, 7 days until 30 Nov; Mon - Fri from 1 - 20 Dec; subject to availability.
• 1 Sep - 29 Oct: Cruises depart at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 3.15pm & 4.15pm
• 30 Oct - 20 Dec: Cruises depart at 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2pm.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 6 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration: 1 hour, or 45 min sailing.
• Under 16s afternoon tea package available at a supplementary charge of £14 for children's menu plus 1 hour sailing; please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine.
• Includes afternoon tea, taken after sailing, in the Steamship Cafe between 11:30am - 4pm, , or at the Katrine Gift Shop Cafe at the Trossachs Pier. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Sailings are weather dependent.
• Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
