Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 30 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days 9am - 5pm;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at once. Online booking in advance is required in order to manage customer flow.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.
• A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail. The trail is gated for 2021 and you will not be allowed access without a ticket.
• Option 6: Includes two faerie dusts.
• Option 7: Includes two star wands.
• Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx: 1 hr.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• Meeting point: Please go to either Luss General Store or Loch Lomond Adventures in Luss South Carpark, depending on the instructions on your booking confirmation. You will receive your trail guides here and begin the magic!
• Please note, although ticket entry is timed, the faerie trail is flexible on entry. Please arrive within 1 hour either side of your booking.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome.
• Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
