• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2016 until Sun 27 Nov 2016, 7 days Sept and Oct and Thur – Sun only in Nov; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 5 - 7 & 11 – 13 Sept, 16, 22 - 23, 29 & 31 Oct and 4 - 5 & 26 Nov 2016.
• Please note that Mon – Wed in November the hotel is closed.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Once booked with hotel cancellations are non-refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Standard Cedar Wing double/twin rooms available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to Cedar Wing superior or main house superior for a supplementary charge of £15 per room; subject to availability; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note continental breakfast is included, members can upgrade to full Scottish breakfast for a supplementary charge of £6.50pp; payable directly to hotel.
• Dinner option: a starter and main course each served in Chartroom II Bistro; members may upgrade and dine in the Asknish Bay Restaurant with £30 per couple allowance; Please discuss directly with hotel. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; cots available for under 2's for no additional charge, under 12's are additional £30. Max 2 extra fold out beds for under 12's or 1 fold out bed and one free cot; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £9 per dog; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• Entry for NTS members to National Trust for Scotland Arduaine Garden which is adjacent to the hotel. Non-members can gain entry for £6.50 per adult; payable directly to Arduaine Garden.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
