• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Feb 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in between 4pm and 9pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; please discuss directly with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Includes chocolates in the room on arrival.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
