Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Apr 2018 until Thur 28 Jun 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Please note the on-site Bistro is open from Sun 15 Apr 2018 until Thur 28 Jun 2018, Wed – Sun, 5pm – 9.30pm; subject to availability. Bistro is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Please bring bedding (duvet & duvet cover or sleeping bag, pillow and pillowcases), towels, crockery and cutlery.
• Sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillows at £10 each.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• No stag and hen parties permitted.
• Includes an external fire pit and logs are available at reception for £7.50 per batch; logs need to be pre-ordered at time of booking and payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 3 stay free of charge and children 3 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Wigwams:
• Standard wigwam.
• Sleeps two – 2 x single beds (pull out extra bed between two singles); beds converted into seating during daytime.
• Wigwams have electricity which is not charged.
• Additional adults can stay in wigwams for a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Domes:
• Glamping dome available.
• Includes a pack of wood.
• Sleeps two – 2 x single beds which join to make a king size bed. 
• Domes have electricity; 2 hardwired lamps and a USB point for a iPhone or iPad. 
• Domes have internal stoves which require logs.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
