• Options 1, 2 and 4: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable direct to the hotel. Excludes 14-15 Feb and 21-22 Mar 2020.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 17 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes 14-15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room - £70; feature suite - £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 1 & 2: Include a 175ml glass of red, white or rose wine on arrival.
• Includes a complimentary bottle of red or white wine for bookings made in January and February 2020
• Options 2 -4 include a 3 course dinner; menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Option 4 dinner is on the first night only.
• Options 3 & 4 includes a choice of: 30min facial or 30min deep tissue back massage; for over 18’s only; max two vouchers per group; suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12yrs stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12yrs and over are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; please discuss when booking. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
