• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Apr 2018, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 23 – 26, 31 Dec 2017 - 1 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £50 per room is required for Friday night stays; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. 
• Please note weekend availability is limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Pavilion Suite includes one en-suite bedroom with twin or double beds.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the table d’hôte menu; sample menu is subject to change. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children under 12 require a supplementary charge of £20 per night, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel. Meals charged as taken.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
