Small print

• Voucher valid from Mon 3 Oct 2016 until Mon 30 Jan 2017, Mon or Thur arrivals only; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 21 Dec 2016 - 4 Jan 2017. 
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Dec 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. (We don’t want you to miss out!)
• Sorry, multiple vouchers purchased not permitted.
• £350 refundable deposit is to be paid when booking. The full amount will be refunded to you when you leave, less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required. Payable directly to the Big Beach House.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Bedroom info: downstairs - 2 x dbl rooms, one with extra single fold out bed (1 x en-suite), 2 x twin rooms (1 x en-suite) & 1 x dbl sofa bed in living room; upstairs - 4 x dbl rooms, one with extra single fold out bed (2 x en-suite), 1 x twin room (en-suite). Please note: 1 x dbl room upstairs has a 3/4 sized dbl bed. Spare bed linen is provided FOC for fold out & sofa beds.
• Children are welcome and are included in headcount. 3 x travel cots, 1 wooden cot & 2 x high chairs available.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, linen and towels are included.
• No same sex groups such as stag and hen parties without prior consent; please discuss directly when booking. 
• Wheelchair access downstairs only. 
• Well behaved dogs are welcome FOC by prior arrangement only; please discuss directly when booking. Dogs must not be left unattended in house at any time, are strictly not allowed in bedrooms and must be kept off all furniture. Bedding and feeding bowls are not supplied; owners must bring their own. No trace of hairs or any other matter must be left on departure. Woopsie bags must be used when taking dogs out.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
