Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Oct 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, arrivals on 24 – 26 Oct, 5 – 23 Nov, 2 – 24 Dec 2016 and 7 – 31 Jan 2017; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 – 31 Oct, 1 – 4, 26 – 30 Nov, 1, 27 – 31 Dec 2016 and 1 – 6 Jan 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £250 is required for 23 – 26 Dec stays; payable directly to The Big Wooden House.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 12 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• A refundable deposit of £200 is required when booking Big Wooden House; the full amount will be refunded to you when you leave, less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher can be redeemed per person, multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am. 
• First floor - dining room, living room, dining kitchen, double bedroom. Second floor – 2 x double rooms, 1 x family room, 1 x twin rooms, 2 x bathrooms.
• Free parking available; 4 spaces.
• Includes gas, electricity, linen, towels and free Wifi.
• Same sex groups are not permitted without prior consent, i.e. stag and hen parties.
• Children permitted and are included in head count.
• Dogs are permitted; not allowed in bedrooms, must be kept off the furniture and have their own bed or blanket. Woopsie bags must be used when taking dogs out. Max of 1 dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
