Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 – 23 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to Rossendale Holiday Cottages.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Glamping pod option: Heron glamping pod is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children with shared bathroom facilities; includes one double bed with linen for adults and two airbeds provided for children, members must bring own linen for the airbeds.
• Cottage option: suitable for 2 adults and 1 child; includes one double bed and one airbed with all linen provided.
• Prosecco option includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Rossendale Holiday Cottages.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; children are classed as ages 12 and under and ages 12+ are classed as adults.
• Dogs permitted in the Heron glamping pod only at a supplementary cost; please discuss directly with Rossendale Holiday Cottages when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
