What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two with a private wood-fired hot tub

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is not available.

Please note Culdees Castle Estate operates a strict quiet time policy from 11pm onwards.

Major or Drummond lodge available with king-size bed.

Lodges can be upgraded to a larger Spiers Lodge or Horton Lodge for a supplementary charge; payable directly. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A security deposit of £200 is required; an email will be sent on the day prior to arrival to register your card details for this.

Lodges have a kitchenette with electric hob, sink, kettle, toaster, crockery and glassware.

Private wood-fired hot tub use included. Hot tub will be set up for you and will take 2-3 hours to heat. Full information, guidance and timings will be provided in advance. Assistance is available to refuel the burner.

Cabins are set within woodland area; care must be taken when walking around. Suitable outdoor/weather appropriate footwear and a torch at night is recommend.

Please note that due to the rural location Wi-Fi access may be affected by the weather.

Bed linen, towels, soaps & shower gel are provided.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
