• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is not available.
• Please note Culdees Castle Estate operates a strict quiet time policy from 11pm onwards.
• Major or Drummond lodge available with king-size bed.
• Lodges can be upgraded to a larger Spiers Lodge or Horton Lodge for a supplementary charge payable directly. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A security deposit of £150 is required; payable directly on day of arrival. 
• Lodges have a kitchenette with electric hob, sink, kettle, toaster, crockery and glassware.
• Private wood-fired hot tub use & one night fire pit hire included. Hot tub will be set up for you and will take 2-3 hours to heat. Full information, guidance and timings will be provided in advance. Assistance is available to refuel the burner.
• Cabins are set within woodland area; care must be taken when walking around. Suitable outdoor/weather appropriate footwear and a torch at night is recommend.
• Please note that due to the rural location Wi-Fi access may be affected by the weather.
• Bed linen, towels, soaps & shower gel are provided.
• Please note firepit is included for one night only.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
