Voucher is valid until Thurs 20 Dec, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes Fridays and Saturdays in December.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thurs 6 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 2pm.

Classic double or twin room available; please advise at the time of booking. 

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel

Includes a 2 course dinner each. Set menu only; choice of starter and main or main and dessert. Option 2: dinner is on the first night only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Parking available.

Max 2 children permitted. Under 2's stay free. Family rooms required for children aged 2-12 and a supplement of £30 per room per night is payable to the hotel. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. 

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs. 

Wheelchair access available; please discuss with the hotel at the time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
