• Apr stays
• Voucher is valid from Tue 12 Apr until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes 16 & 23 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• May stays
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May until Tue 31 May 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes 27 - 30 May 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 May 2022  (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jun stays
• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jun until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes 22 Jun 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jul stays
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul until Sun 31 Jul 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes 3 - 6 & 10 - 17 Jul 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• General
• A supplementary charge of £30 for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays is required; payable directly to hotel.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Classic double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: includes 3 courses from a set menu or £25pp to use towards the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of fizz on arrival; alcohol can be substituted with a soft drink.
• Includes leisure access.
• Parking available at the hotel; £20 per night.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge; children are classed as ages 12 and under. If more than one child you must upgrade to a Family Room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted apart from guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
