• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Fri & Sat stays; payable directly to the hotel.  
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Deluxe double room with Loch view.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea on arrival.
• Options 2 & 3: includes 2 courses from the set menu, starter & main or main & dessert; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes 175ml glass of wine each served with dinner. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children up to 12 years permitted per room; family room upgrade is required to accommodate extra beds/cots for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to the hotel at time of check-in. This includes breakfast for kids, dinner will be charged as taken.
• Max of 1 dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available, please discuss requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
