• Options 1 & 2: voucher is valid until Fri 30 Aug 2019, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 7, 9, 14, 21, 27 - 28 Jun, 1, 4 - 5, 9 and 12 Jul 2019.
  
  Option 3: voucher is valid until Thur 29 Aug 2019, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 9 & 27 Jun, 1, 4 and 9 Jul 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note option 1 is room only and does not include breakfast.
• Option 3 includes a 2 course dinner one one night choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each. Excludes 'grill' section of menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
