Valid times: Mon 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Tue 3:30pm - 9:30pm, Wed - Fri 9:30am  - 10pm and Sat - Sun, 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Flotation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.

Options 2 & 3: can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people on 1 visit. 

Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. 

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
