• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jun - 30 Sep, 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as under 12 and can stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults. Cots are available free of charge.
• Max of 1 dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
