• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 May 2017 until Tue 31 Oct 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3, 15 Jun, 1, 15, 29 Jul, 1 – 31 Aug, 2, 9 Sept and 14 Oct 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 11am
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Standard double or twin standard rooms; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded on arrival, supplement charges from £15; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes dinner, dinner is a £28pp allocation towards the a la carte menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Max of 5 vouchers per table.
• Un-used dinner allowance is non-refundable and non-transferable, and any amount over the allocation should be paid in full at the time of check-out.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bespoke watermelon cocktail each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; no supplement applies per child aged 0-12 years when sharing twin room with adults. £7.50 supplement applies for children’s breakfast (children’s dinner to be charged as consumed from the menu); payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; limited number of pet friendly rooms and subject to availability.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
