• Voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2017, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 25 Feb 2017.
• £15 supplement for Fri night stays and £25 supplement for Sat night stays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 7 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Check in 2pm, late check out 1pm.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Standard double or twin standard rooms; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded at time of booking or on arrival from £15, subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is £28pp allocation towards the a la carte menu. Full menu can be viewed here. Menu is subject to change.
• Un-used dinner allowance is non-refundable and non-transferable, and any amount over the allocation should be paid in full at the time of check-out.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children are permitted; no supplement applies per child aged 0-12 yrs when sharing twin room with adults. £7.50 supplement applies for children’s breakfast (children’s dinner to be charged as consumed from the menu). Max 1 child per room.
• Dogs are permitted; £15 per dog per night. Max 1 dog per room, limited number of pet friendly rooms and subject to availability.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
