- Local lobster from one of our Pierhouse creels, served in a choice of three ways: chilled with lemon aioli, grilled with garlic and parsley butter or Pierhouse thermidor.

- Salt baked neep & truffle risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, toasted walnut and green sauce
