• Sun - Thur voucher is valid until Wed 30 Dec 2020, Sun - Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat and 24 Dec 2020.
• Fri - Sat voucher is valid until Sat 28 Nov 2020, Fri - Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes a picnic with sandwiches, soft drinks, cakes and scones. Vegetarian options are available. In bad weather, picnic can be replaced with a £15 dining voucher to be used in the hotel bar, restaurant or room service.
• Breakfast will be served in line with government guidelines.
• Children aged 17 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. No capacity for extra beds and cots.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
