• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 7 Mar 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard Queen cabin available.
• Stays extended by a night for a supplementary charge per cabin per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Cabins can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per cabin per night: premium - £5, triple - £15; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note a valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in.
• Includes 24-hour access to the gym.  Please note facilities may not be open due to Covid-19 restrictions.
• Max of 1 child permitted in a triple cabin for a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted with exception of assistance dogs.
• Wheelchair access available, please discuss directly with hotel before booking.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
