• Voucher is valid from Sun 20 Dec, 2015 until Thu 31 Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 28th and 31st Dec, 1st, 9th, 12th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 30th Jan 2016 and 3rd, 11th and 26th Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by Fri 12th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend availability; £20 per room per night supplements applies for 5th-6th Feb, 12th-13th Feb and 11th-12th Mar 2016.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; maximum of four vouchers per person.
• Option one includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival – please advise red or white when booking.
• Option two includes pre-dinner Champagne & canapes. Dinner is a 3 course table d'hote menu in the Brasserie. View sample menu here - steaks are an additional supplement.
• Check in 3pm. Check out 11am.
• Double or Twin classic room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; Executive room £20 per room per night, Feature room or Junior Suite £125 per room per night, Suite £250 per room per night.
• Children are permitted; maximum two children when sharing with adults.
• Families can be accommodated in an Executive room (£20 per room supplement), subject to availability at the hotel for extra bed/sofabed availability.
• Children under 12 year are free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and paying for all meals as taken, over 12 years are a charge of £15 per child when sharing with adults.
• Pets are permitted; guide and hearing dogs only.
• Free onsite parking.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; max length of stay is 4 consecutive nights.
• Stay can be extended by a night for supplementary charge; subject to availability at the hotel and based on the best available rate.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to arrival.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
