• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3-4 and 14-15 Aug 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct - Dec: 
• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher use 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Early check-in 12noon, check-out 11am.
• Classic double, twin or king room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Bay view double £50 and Bay view junior suite £100; payable directly to hotel, subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• £30pp dinner spend can be added for a supplementary charge of £20pp; payable directly to the hotel on arrival.
• Includes 25 % off pre-booked spa treatments. Treatments must be booked at time of accommodation booking; subject to availability. Please note COVID restrictions may apply.
• Max of 2 children permitted paying for meals as taken; children are classed as ages 0-12 yrs. Under 3s are free of charge, 12yrs and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night; payable directly to the hotel. 
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12.50 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
