• Voucher is valid from Fri 7 Apr until Sun 30 Jul 2023, Tue-Fri 11.30am - 12noon & Sat-Sun 10am - 12noon; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jul 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Includes a hot drink each. Excludes boozy hot drinks. A supplementary charge of £1 is required for hot chocolates; payable direct. 
• Includes a choice of pastry each.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
