• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 4pm and Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group from a total of 2 households; subject to availability.
• Deep tissue and back massage are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration approx. 1hr including a 10 minute consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes cream team which will be served between 10am - 4pm. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Due to government guidelines, cream tea will be to takeaway and enjoy at home.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
