Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note bookings can be made from Fri 8 Apr 2022.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Public parking available connected to the hotel, charges apply.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots are available at £10 each, limited availability; please arrange directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £35 per room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
