• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Aug 2016 until Mon 31 Oct 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 12noon. 
• Twin / double standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £35 per room per night for a family room (sleeps 2 adults and 1 child) or a business room; payable directly to hotel.
• Children permitted; Max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room, free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots and extra beds are available at £10 each, limited availability; please arrange directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Public parking available; connected to the hotel, charges apply.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
