• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22, 23 Mar 2019.
• Limited weekend availability; please book early to avoid disappointment.
• A supplementary charge per room is required for the following: Friday £10 and Saturday £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe triple room with river view for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the a la carte menu; subject to availability.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room upon arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
