• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• 1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays.
• 2 night stay: Valid 7 days.
• All stays exclude 4, 5, 25 and 26 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Includes a morning roll for breakfast and tea or coffee.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Children under 2 stay free of charge. Children aged 2-12yrs required a room upgrade for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
